Es el único ejemplo de arquitectura popular del pueblo. Sus propietarios, Tío Talis y Tía Trinis, la cuidaron y respetaron al máximo; de aquí su nombre. Sobre sus muros de mampostería se levanta el retranqueo de adobe y madera-men sobre el que descansa el tejado como una gran boina.
Está sita al inicio de la calle La Feria y divide la calle en dos haciendo de chaflán:

It is the only example of popular architecture in the village. Its owners, Uncle Talis and Aunt Trinis, cared for and respected her to the fullest; hence its name. On its masonry walls rises the indentation of adobe and wood-men on which rests the roof like a large beret.
It is located at the beginning of La Feria street and divides the street into two chamfering:

The old Camino de Piedralaves: main street of the neighborhood or Jewish mosque of the Villa.
