La Catedral del Senderismo

Al norte de la provincia de Alicante, en la evocadora Vall de Laguar, encontramos el Barranc de l’Infern (Barranco del Infierno). Este tortuoso desfiladero es el escenario de una de las rutas de senderismo más singulares de la región. Posiblemente sea a causa de sus más de 6.800 escalones de piedra, que se le conoce con el sobrenombre de “La Catedral del Senderismo“.

To the north of the province of Alicante, in the evocative Vall de Laguar, we find the Barranc de l'Infern (Barranco del Infierno). This tortuous gorge is the setting for one of the most unique hiking trails in the region. Possibly it is because of its more than 6,800 stone steps, which is known by the nickname of "The Cathedral of Hiking".
