Bocairent

Se sitúa en el extremo sur de la provincia de Valencia, en la comarca de la Valle de Albaida. 
Los primeros restos hallados en el término de Bocairent datan del Neolítico, como los de las cuevas del Vinalopó y de la Sarsa. Existieron también varios poblados iberos diseminados por las pequeñas lomas de la zona. De época romana datan algunas villas repartidas por la llanura.

It is situated at the southern end of the province of Valencia, in the region of the Albaida Valley.
The first remains found in the Bocairent term date back to the Neolithic period, such as those of the Vinalopó and Sarsa caves. There were also several Iberian settlements scattered along the small hills of the area. From Roman times dated some villas distributed by the plain.
